Will I be sent a proof of the design before you make it?

If it's an existing design that you can already see in my shop, I will generally not need to message you a proof (e.g. a design that just needs the text personalised).
If it is a brand new design, with new graphics I will message you a proof before I make it to make sure you are happy with my design suggestion. If I have not received a reply within 24hrs, I will proceed to print and foil it for you.

Can I suggest images that I would like included on my design?

Absolutely! Just message me your ideas in the personalisation box. Please be aware I am NOT permitted to use images that are under strict copyright - for example Disney characters, logos for football teams etc. I can suggest alternatives that we can legally use to make your ticket look amazing!

How is my ticket made?

I design and hand foil each ticket myself. Once I have printed your design in black and white onto the card, I use a foiling machine to apply the foil.

What do I do if I have an issue with my order/delivery?

Please do message me if there is a problem with anything - I would love to be given the chance to find a solution!
